She runs the profitable The Plano Program with her husband, Marc Plano, a health and wellness-based center in Orange, CT. Amy teaches dietitians how to hire correctly and scale their practices through her coaching programs, online resources, and seminars.
Even though she is one busy chick, it is fair to say Amy loves her hectic life but would not have it any other way. When she is not busy growing her private practice or teaching, you can likely find her cooking delicious Italian food for friends and family, crushing it at the gym, or traveling the world with her incredible, smoking-hot husband.
